Orange Cooler

“Orange Cooler is so refreshing for breakfast or brunch.  It can be made a day ahead of time – just stir well before serving.  It is nutritious and quick and easy to make.  Kids and adults both really like this! “

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas OR 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 4 cups orange juice, chilled
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup white grape juice, chilled

Instructions

  1. Place bananas OR strawberries, 1 cup of the orange juice and the honey in a blender. Blend on low speed for 10 seconds.
  2. Pour into pitcher and mix in remaining orange juice and white grape juice.
  3. Serve.

Serve in chilled glasses.  Garnish with a whole strawberry or a mint sprig if desired.
