Hummus Recipe

Serves: 4
  • ½ cup chopped parsley
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced ( or add a couple of cloves of roasted garlic)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons Tahini ( sesame seed paste)
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 15½ oz can garbonzo beans, drained and peeled
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.
  2. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
  3. Note: You can store hummus in the refrigerator up to a month but it probably won't last that long.
