Review
I’m mother to a fabulous little boy. My fabulous little boy loves messy foods. He isn’t all that messy when he eats them, but he seems to prefer foods that are juicy, slimy, squishy or crumbly. I mentioned that he is a boy, right?
I’ve been struggling to figure out how to transport his favorite snacks for our little outings. Plastic baggies make a mess of things if they didn’t seal well. And those crumbly snacks would be all crumbles when we got to our destination. A lot of plastic containers are full of BPA and/or PVC. So, even if they did work well, the hyper vigilant mom in me wants to limit my son’s exposure.
Kids Konserve Stainless Steel Nesting Trio has been a wonderful addition to my kitchen. If I want to take cottage cheese, pineapple, applesauce (we buy bulk, not individual snack size), or crackers, I absolutely can! They won’t leak all over my purse. They won’t be broken into a million pieces. I love my nesting bowls! And, my son loves playing with them as a stack toy. And, no matter how much of a mess he makes, I love that I can toss these in the dishwasher for easy cleaning!
These lovely bowls and lids (as well as the rest of their eco-friendly line – see link to their website below) would be a wonderful gift for the college student in your life, the mom on the go (for her personal use and to send in her kid’s lunch box), or the busy professional who takes their lunch. These are also fabulous for picnics and their durability makes them great for camping as well.
