Babycakes Cake Pop Maker

Every now and then a new kitchen appliance comes along that is just simply fun for everyone — and the Babycakes Cake Pop Maker would be that appliance.  

 The Babycakes Cake Pop Maker is compact so it is easy to store.  It has a non stick surface which is very easy to clean and that is a big plus in my book!  You can make 12 bite sized cakes pops or donuts in just minutes.  Everyone in my house had fun with this, but I think it would be especially fun to make these with small children or grandchildren.  The only word of caution I have is that the cooking plates get very hot so an adult needs to do the actual baking.   

There are so many decorating options… I used the icing that came in the kit and added both chocolate and multi-colored sprinkles.

We love to serve Make Your Own Ice Cream Sundaes and I think these cake pops ( or brownie pops) would be a great addition to an Ice Cream Sundae Bar.   

The Babycakes Mix will make 24 cake pops. A single  layer size cake mix will yield  3 dozen cake pops.

You can see in the video how easy the Babycakes Cake Pop Maker is to use.  I was also very pleased with the appearance of the cake pops.  They came out of the machine very uniform in size and shape.

 The Babycakes Cake Pop maker comes with  an instruction booklet, sample recipes, cake pop sticks, a fork tool and a cooling/decorating stand.  

My family was eating these yummy little bites as soon as they were decorated…..so be prepared to make two or three batches!
