Mustard Sauce for Meat Featuring Colman's Powdered Mustard

Ingredients

• 2/3 cup sour cream
• 2/3 cup mayonnaise
• 2 Tablespoons Colman's Powdered Mustard
• 4 green onions, finely chopped

Instructions

1. Combine 2/3 cup sour cream, 2/3 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons Colman's Powdered Mustard and 4 finely chopped green onions.
2. Cover and chill until serving time,

You can prepare the Mustard Sauce a day or so ahead of time to let the flavor really develop.  This Mustard SAuce is great on pork tenderloin or prime rib.  If you want to tone down the flavor, just use less dry mustard.  I love the flavor so I make the sauce exactly as I have it here.  Enjoy!
