Make Life Special’s  focus is on recipes that are easy to make with ingredients that are readily available.  However, if it’s hard to find unique cheeses in your area, then you can have them come direct to you!  I love to receive our monthly shipment of cheeses from C & H Gourmet Cheese of the Month Club.

This selection featured three Italian style cheeses – SarVecchio  Parmesan, Montasio ( made by Benedictine monks) and Pecorino Toscano.  All of these cheeses would by good served with my easy homemade cracker recipe.

Italian inspired cheeses are an important staple in most of our kitchens – from pizza to pasta, we love cheese!    

The monthly shipment always includes  a newsletter packed with educational information about the cheeses in the shipment.  It’s fun to learn about cheeses that I would not have access to locally and to experience the wonderful tastes of the various cheeses.

The cheese is packed on ice packs and arrives perfectly chilled every time.  So, enjoy a true cheese adventure and enjoy learning new food facts too!
