“It’s Not You, It’s Brie” by Kirstin Jackson

I recently had the pleasure of interviewing Kirstin Jackson, author of the new book, It’s Not You, It’s Brie:  Unwrapping America’s Unique Culture of Cheese.  Kirstin has a bubbly personality and passion for cheese and that comes through in her book.  She takes the reader on a delightful journey behind-the-scenes into 48 American artisan cheesemakers.  You’ll learn who is making the cheese, where its made, and how.  Whether you only buy cheese in your local grocery store or you have a cheesemonger on speed dial – you will find this book entertaining and informative.
